Kevin DuJan of Hillbuzz confirmed there is a movement like this in Chicago. The point of this movement is not to get blacks to vote Romney but to get 25% to NOT VOTE AT ALL, as a protest movement against Obama’s policies. Say they are able to convince only 5% to stay home, this will still hurt in a close election and in the swing states. Obama needs all the votes he can get, but some black Christians are ready to stay true to their faith and not vote for him.

To those who “know” or “feel” Blacks will vote 95% for Obama again: There is not a single poll (save for the ridiculous 94/0 poll) that shows Obama above 90 with Blacks. That alone is enough to kill him. Actually most polls agree it is at about 88% and anyone who thinks the turn out will be the same is fooling himself. the truth is NEVER in history have Black ministers EVER told their people to stay home and not vote. Those who “feel” to the contrary do just that; but “feelings” don't trump facts.
