I heard Hofmeister talk before and he was on Hannity again yesterday. He does make some sense with his energy discussions, but I am not sure of a Federal Reserve style of agency for energy such as what he is describing.

One question that I do have after reading this, would it be a problem to regulate an industry like trucking into using a certain type of fuel such as compressed natural gas (CNG)? We have gotten to such a point under Obama that we now question ALL involvement between Corporation and State since we are on the verge of full blown Fascism. What are acceptable levels of Government-Business relationships?
