Assuming Romney has the cojones, there will be time to chase this after January. Now is the time to build the case while the web sites are still live. Coding examples, screen shots, etc.
I hope whoever Romney picks for Atty General is up to the task. They could be very, very busy. There are thousands of cases to be filed against the thugs that have been destroying out country for the last four years.
IMHO, Romney's best bet would be to throw out everybody, and I mean everybody, and start over.
I agree about throwing everyone out. EVERYONE it is humanly possible to replace needs to go - the scum needs to be scraped from the walls in the EPA, NLRB, DOD, NEA, Justice Dept, everywhere. Those who are left need to be worried about their jobs. I pray we get the entire Congress. We will need it to reverse the last 4 years.
BTW, I donate to the Senate Conservatives fund - a very good cause.
