I wondered about that. But I believe that Warren had a response ready to go. She would simply say that those cases were Federal cases and she has the qualifications to work on those types of cases. Brown's campaign simply did not have evidence yet to refute that claim so he did not make the point. He did not fall in to the trap that was waiting for him.
