my bet is that if i have a valid SSn and high school transcripts, along with an address to send the swat team [hide the dogs, BTW] that theyd be on me like white on rice [is that racist to long grain *brown* rice ???] and throw the book at me for fraud...
however, at that point, i would almost certainly qualify for in-state [prison] courses, and likely serve out with a degree and a sentence reduction for good behavior for bettering myself while locked up...
although the underlying felony would make the degree useless once again, unless i went into politics...
It wouldn't be fair to treat everyone equal would it? With the un-level playing field and all?
