Alan Keyes expresses it much better than I ever could:
Keyes to the Republic Vol. 1 President Obama and Mitt Romney

Basically, Romney has already implemented, at a state level, almost everything that Obama only wishes he could.

I know that, BUT it was at the state level and these were things that should be legislated by the state and the feds should never touch. The states laws should reflect the will of its citizens. Mass. is a very liberal state and it would seem fitting that its laws would be among the more liberal and that its governor would not try to impose his will against those of the citizens. There is an interesting story written by the guy who bought the Romney’s house in Utah. On the day of the closing Romney showed up and offered to walk through the house and show the new owner how things worked. That simple act of kindness says a lot about the man, IMHO. He also had friends and family help him pack up and move. This was in the last few years so he certainly could have afforded full service movers and having moved a few times, I certainly would pay someone to avoid that drudgery if money was not a consideration. Apparently he does not mind hard work, a stark contrast to the golfer in chief we have now.
Romney may not be perfect. Who is? Only God and to my knowledge He is not running. Romney certainly falls far short of God’s perfection but Obama seems to be the very antithesis of it and those are the only two viable choices that we have at this moment in time. Meanwhile work to get solid conservatives elected to local and state government and PRAY a lot.
