Black uniforms and all that other “tactical” crap is fine for scaring people who are inclined to be scared.

To others...not so much. It just pisses those folks off...and typically, they’re folks you DON’T want pissed off at you.

Unfortunaterly for the wearers, they also show up real good, flourescing, when viewed in a gen III night vision device.
