Absolutely incredible. This was a truly ghastly attack and it’s hard to believe that even the Islamists in charge of Egypt now would want to let themselves be associated with it. But I think they’ve realized that they can do absolutely anything they want and they don’t have to hide their real intentions in any way now. Horrible, horrible.
