This bill was passed in 2010 in a BI-PARTISAN vote????Who were the RINOs that voted for this??? Or are they lying again to pretend that both sides are to blame?

Isn't funny that the Bills names always are the opposite of what is intended or maybe not unintended.

“Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010”

The kids go hungry because the food sucks sounds unhealthy to me.
