Oh great. Leave him off the ballot in a state he will lose big time and energize his base in other States.
This is not rocket science. You kick him off the ballot in ANY state, and the political repercussions will damage him in every state.
No one is going to understand why he would permit himself to be kicked off the ballot for failing to present his birth certificate.

This house of cards only requires one, no matter where it is, to legitimize the question -
“why didn’t he just supply the required proof?”
