I predict that it will be a phenomenal success therefor it will most likely be the most hated and despised place on Earth. Wish we could do that here in the U.S.
I predict that once it is a success some commie future president of that country will seize it all and redistribute it to the poor.
It’s what commies do best, grab the stuff others built (especially infrastructure) and live off it till it turns to dust, then try and lure back the investors to rebuild so they can repeat the process.
