If you meant to suggest that anyone ever died as a direct result of OD’ing on LSD, I’d love to have a citation to that case since, so far as I know, it’s about physically impossible. I’m not suggesting it’s good for you or harmless but I’m just asking, perhaps I misread your response.
People have put themselves in some dangerous situations due to LSD. Art Linkletter’s daughter Diane walked out her sixth story kitchen’s window while at UCLA.
I don’t know of anyone dying from an OD on LSD, but I personally know of two LSD users that blew their brains out with a gun. Both had suffered flashbacks.

Add also the wife of Robert Shaw. She died when she mixed pills and liquor to celebrate her play THE EXORCISM. Her death scared so many people the play was cancelled.
