President Obama claimed that George W. Bush began for Operation Fast and Furious, in addition to contradicting his inspector general by claiming that he gave Congress almost all of the documents pertaining to the gun walking.
I think its important for us to understand that Fast and Furious was a field operation begun under the previous administration, Obama said when asked if he will fire Attorney General Eric Holder. Operation Fast and Furious began in 2009. The president was conflating Fast and Furious with Operation Wide Receiver, a law enforcement tactic that began in 2006 and ended in 2007 which was substantially different from Fast and Furious (although some guns did go from the United States to Mexico in Wide Receiver).
Speaking more broadly, Obama added that "at any moment in the federal government, there will be people who do dumb things."

Barry is a whineyass little baby. What if Gore had been elected and Barry the manchild didn’t have Bush to kick around and blame everything bad on? Vote November 6th and as many times as you can before then! Early voting is on! We’ve got to get rid of this clown.
Just when I thought my dislike for this man couldn’t get any stronger...
Normally I would guess the court would be in the tank for Obama, but I've heard there is precedent for overturning.
An infected, suppurating butt wart!
So.....Holder announcing implementation, funding of the program in 2009 didnt matter????

Paging Joe Wilson ...Paging Joe Wilson.
Nothing new for this communist piece of garbage.
If there was nothing there and everything relevant was released, then why did he invoke Executive Privilege?
The little t^rd simply can't resist trying to tie this to George Bush, can he?
November can't come soon enough.
Oh yeah, you bet he knew. Holder, Napolitano and others to include Ken Melson were in Mexico in April 2009 meeting with Mexican officials regarding weapons trafficking. I’m quite sure that “Fast and Furious” was discussed at length. What a bunch of criminals we have in high positions.
I'm surprised he didn't blame bush for the FOLLOWING:
The BOSTON TEA PARTY
GEORGE WASHINGTON cutting down the cherry tree
The WAR BETWEEN THE STATES
LINCOLN's ASSASSINATION
The Spanish-American War
FDR's polio
WW 1
The Great DEPRESSION
The Hurricane of 1938
WW 2
Korean War
Stevenson loss in 1956
JFK's ASSASSINATION
RFK's ASSASSINATION
Teddy Kennedy's drunk driving event
WATERGATE
the 1994 DEM house loss
and
the fall of man in the GARDEN OF EDEN...
Jug Ears is lying per usual. Under GW Bush there was an operation with a totally different name -Operation Wide Receiver- that was pretty much a bust and lost 400+ guns in Mexico. All it takes is a glance at Wikipedia to catch Bammy Boy in lies
Fast and Furious lost 2000 guns in Mexico and claims it recovered some
