You are correct, he was under oath. This whole administration will go down and the entire MSM along with it. Beck will own Blackrock one day.

Wasn’t there some technicality - like under oath but not really? I seem to remember something very odd about that situation.

Didn’t he take an oath when he was sworn into office? He is continuously under oath as I see it.
