All according to plan.

And the Sheeperals still tout “sustainability” with regard to the environment.

“This report once again confirms that because of the spineless republicans in the house and senate allowing him to President Obama has severely gutted the welfare work requirements that Americans have overwhelmingly supported since President Clinton signed them into law,” Cantor said in an emailed statement.

There are 47 million people on food stamps now. I don’t get the numbers in the article. The article mentions “adults” but something doesn’t sound right.

You don't have to donate money to the Romney campaign to make a difference. (You should donate money to FreeRepublic.)

If You Live in a Blue State, Here Is What You Can Do To Help Romney Beat Obama

I've made 1600 phone calls from home to New Hampshire in the last six days using the system set up by the campaign. Even 100 calls will make a difference. Who will join me?

Does this mean that able-bodied adults (like me) can now get food stamps? Because if that is the case I am going to apply.

Before you start screaming “moocher 47 percenter”, think about it this way: food stamps to me are just a way of offsetting the Fed inflation tax implemented by the oblunder administration (and don’t EVEN suggest the Fed doesn’t work hand in hand with oblunder’s Treasury).

I deserve food stamps. And so do all Americans.

Sounds like “waivers to redefine work requirements for welfare recipients” are a High-Tech version of “walking around money.”

I wonder if the explosion of food stamp recipients will be the thing that bites Obama in the butt.

Those of us “pulling the wagon” rarely interacted in real life with those who were on the dole.

But now, in every WalMart, we get a front row view of those who we are supporting. And while I buy my store-brand cereal, not because I can’t afford brand name, but because I think it’s stupid to pay all that money for Tony the Tiger, I watch those ahead of me in line whip out that card for Capri Sun and sushi. (at least that was last week’s outrage)

Nothing like a front row seat to bring it all home.
