As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, Blue Mountain Group is a British security firm hired by the State Department to provide security at the American mission in Benghazi. Blue Mountain Group was chosen by State, in part, because it was willing to accept the State Department Rules of Engagement for Libya that prohibited security guards at Benghazi from carrying weapons that contained bullets.

How can you provide security if you cannot carry bullets in your gun?

Silly, they use rubber bullets. You know, make believe kinds of things. These people make my arse hurt. I hope to God we get rid of this regime in November. If not, there’ll be no stopping their corruption and negligence.

After serious cogitation over that question, I can only conclude that since no ammo was allowed, there was no point in the guards even showing up for work; so they were free to go moonlight somewhere else, and that is why they took the gig./S
