He should put a sign in front of the business. The S**t on the sidewalk courtesy of the Bird-brained Clymers at City Hall.

Yet if any patron of this restaurant falls ill from the bird crap on the sidewalk, the owner winds up in deep doodoo (no pun intended). Proving once again you just can’t win with overregulation.

The city can then fine the restaurant for unsanitary conditions. Ain’t government great!

Soooo-if it gets tracked into his restaurant, does he get a fine from the health department & get shut down?

Uh, are elected officials STOOPID before they get elected or do they get STOOPID afterwards? Inquiring minds want to know. Sheesh!

Well, they had better not pray for rain. Even a CAT3 hurricane would wipe out most of the residential houses constructed on pier and beam foundations in Corpus..
There's bound to be a Michael Jackson, or mother Mary likeness there somewhere, so the bird poop could end up being pennies from heaven.

My first thought is to take up falconry.
Perhaps it might be better to offer a free lunch to a member of the local falconry club on a rotation basis...

Guess the city never heard of Histoplasmosis. He should file a complaint with the health department, or with Health & Human Services.

From looking at a street view via google maps I wonder why the birds are hanging out there and what kind are they? Also looks like a lot of other stuff in the street drainage besides bird poop.

Sure. As soon as the city starts putting diapers on the birds.

Peel away the layers, and this is just UN Agenda 21 creeping into everyday life, thwarting everything civilized human beings do.
The global ruling elites want to drive us peasants back to the Stone Age so we all die and allow them to live in the Walden paradise they deserve.

If I were the owner of that restaurant I’d put up a big sign on the front of the building that said, “Sorry for the bird shit. I don’t like it either. But the city won’t let me clean it up.”

Wouldn’t a sidewalk be a public right of way, therefore to be maintained by the City?
If so,and the city doesn’t remove the feces, wouldn’t the business owner have a suit stating that the city is providing an unsanitary work environment or hazardous condition?
After all, he didn’t build that, someone else should be doing the bird doo clean up.

Well, the first thing I would do, is go buy a 50lb bag of trisodiumphosphate and dump that in the sewer, just on principle. Then, I would get a camera and footage of city employees washing bird droppings into the sewer — you know they do it. And finally, I would poison the birds, let them die in the street, and call the city to clean them up.
To: Paleo Conservative
Just curious if city crews wash abd clean the sidewalks around government buildings when the birds poop on them? Ypu know they do!
