During WW2, we had to come the Brits aid, as they had disarmed themselves. The NRA actually was sending over rifles to assist in the war effort.

This is a nothing poll by one of the more leftwing hardcore animal groups. The fact that it appeared in a local paper not a national newspaper says it all.
The vast majority of Brits dont care or dont have any problem with British gun magazines. You can buy them in any newsagent or supermarket. And I have never heard of any boycott or banning, even after Hungerford and Dunblane.
UK police are by and large unarmed.
Armed police exist in certain units, your average bobby is unarmed.
I stand by my assessment of this poll, and of the overwhelming majority of its respondents.
