Romney wins this election by simply standing up at a campaign appearance and saying something to this effect:
"There will be hell to pay if U.S. citizens are murdered and dragged through the streets of some Third World toilet while I am in the White House." Case closed. Let's move on to Inauguration Day in 2013.

He needs to say exactly what he would do, and give some ideas to a solution. Just attacking Obama has not been working. They will pay in hell no matter who is President.
