This is outright admission that he violated his oath of office as a Justice. His cases should all be reviewed formthismillegal bias and retried.
Further, he should end the rest of his natural life in jail.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
His so-called “decision” on Prop 8 ought to be nullified, to be sure.
