Kris Kobach has had it pointed out to him by Attorney Larry Klayman that HI registrar Alvin Onaka declined to verify that the White House image is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file” - and thus confirms that it is NOT. I will be very interested to see what evidence Kobach has that contradicts Onaka’s prior disclosure - or why any contradictory disclosure by Onaka at this point wouldn’t simply require an investigation to see which of the mutually-exclusive legal claims made by Onaka is actually correct. Regardless of what Onaka may or may not have provided Kobach, Obama has AT BEST 2 contradictory claims from Hawaii regarding the validity of his birth record.
If Kobach was given something that duplicates the MDEC verification - simple verification that the birth claims on the White House BC match the birth claims on the (non-valid) BC in Hawaii.... then Obama doesn’t have ANYTHING to contradict Onaka’s disclosure of a non-valid record. And Kobach’s comment makes it seem like that is what he received from Onaka, if anything.
We’ll see...
I take this as just another case where elected or appointed government people can do/will do whatever suits their fancy. Been there inside and out. Once in power all people are potential products to be bought by specific interests.
Here’s another one.
