This is worth knowing...

Once again, Chip Venie was able to show the jury that the police officer, Officer Dominic Martinez of the Albuquerque Police Department was lying and was motivated by money and the DWI quota in Albuquerque, rather than by any sense of justice or pursuit of justice. Chip Venie showed that Officer Martinez made over $107,000 in 2011, with $57,000 coming in DWI overtime. Chip Venie also exposed the DWI “Quota” system maintained by the Albuquerque Police Department.

It's always good to publicize the jurisdictions and and names of cops that are holding a finger down on the scales of justice.

It may be that even more DWI arrests need to be made. The latest incident was a drunk driver who plowed into Saturday's state fair parade running over a girl's foot and knocking over another.

Actually, it may be more a problem with the judicial system which has a revolving door approach, and until a repeat drunk driver kills or injures another he/she continues as before.
