Rice agrees with Carney in a short clip of his presser that these riots are NOT against the US*, but against the ‘offensive’ video.

[That’s their story, and they appear to be sticking to it.]

Rice: Partners and allies have responded sufficiently. [Ambassador Stevens is unavailable for a response.] The President’s chief concern to to protect US citizens abroad. [Ambassador Stevens and three persons with him are unavailable for a response.]

Wallace moves on to bring Israel and Netanyahu into the fray.

Rice: We are always close friends and partners with the Israelis.

* FoxNews ran a clip of an on-scene reporter who said signs were held up that had ‘US can go to hell’ messages.

Did Rice just say the administration doesn’t see the Libya attack as premeditated?

I have only contempt for people who blatantly lie to me. I am old enough to remember photos of similarly dressed men (in warm countries) throwing rocks at American Embassy walls and graffiti saying Death to America, when LIFE magazine was a source of news.

The concept that the deprived and depressed of this world would change their view of the USA just because Obama was elected is so ridiculous, it should prove that he is mentally incapable of being our president.
