If it weren’t for these minor little things, the Obama presidency would be absolutely perfect.
Unfortunately, the two men scheduled for sentencing are Joshua David Moore and Kenneth James Thompson. I was hoping it would be Eric Holder and Barack Obama - who are scheduled to be sentenced to unemployment on November 6, 2012.
Is this for real? Two gun buyers who were directed to deliver guns for the ATF are being punished by our government? This is sooooooo wrong! Who arrested them? Who prosecuted them? Who is sentencing them?
OFTEN A RESET OF SENTENCING FOR MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS MEANS THAT THEY HAVE MORE INFO TO GIVE TO PROSECUTORS TO GET A MORE LENIENT SENTENCE RECOMMENDATION FOR THEIR COOPERATION.
