Agreed. Already deceased. The livor mortis is evident and the rest of his color is that of several hours post-mortem. I have seen too many.

People can get fooled by stil photos that look like his head is erect when it actually may be flopping from on side to another and is caught in the instant of a photo.

The eyes are partially open but that too is very common in death.

Thanks, Sarge. I did notice his head was resting upon the chest of the individual dragging him.

No blood from the head wound, his body has that grey look that dead people get when the blood stops circulating.
