How about this far simpler explanation ~ the State Department has been in total disarray since the beginning of the Obama regime.

The other way to make it more complex is to undertand that Obama is simply stupid.

I’ve heard a lot of things said about Obama, including that he’s not as smart as many once thought.

But I’ve never heard the theory that his behind the scenes handlers are anything but highly skilled deceivers and schemers.
