You were talking about pot plants growing wild all over the place.

“Once pot is legal, and the seeds are being scattered everywhere, and the plants grown everywhere” and “If you have ever had a persistent problem with unwanted pot plants popping up, then you know what legalization will result in, plants will be everywhere.” ansel12

I was pointing out that such (where it is possible) would result in a vastly inferior final product.

So in places where pot can (and does) grow wild - where “seeds (are) being scattered everywhere” and “plants will be everywhere” - it will be almost impossible to grow a decent smokable product.

California does produce good pot in abundance - it is a major cash crop.

Pot cannot grow wild in California - it is far too dry. Pot wants a tropical climate - but will grow wild anywhere there is sufficient heat and moisture (the aforementioned Alabama dirtweed). California has the heat - but is far too dry for it to ever grow wild.

If it DID grow wild - it would be a detriment to growing sellable/smokeable/useful female buds - they would be full of useless seeds.

The facts have been presented, you have no counter (”well I can do it” is not a counter, it’s an appeal to false authority), now you can either admit you’re wrong, or keep posting factless posts telling everybody you’re unwilling to admit you’re wrong. The choice is yours, but we all (including you) know you’re wrong.

The most boring thing about the drug threads is having to explain every little thing.

I only meant to illustrate that pot is an easy plant to grow, and that anyone with the slightest interest in having free pot forever instead of paying $1000.00 an ounce, would.

By the way, I have witnessed pot growing wild in California, so it definitely can.

I live in California.

I can’t help it if you have never been around this activity and process, I have been around more than you, I know that it isn’t a big deal, or rocket science.

Not only that, our current two tiered distribution system, and many other severely flawed policies are remnants of prohibition.

I live in California also.

I don’t think those plants you witnessed were wild. Someone has to water it for it to grow in California.

Alabama - where it does grow wild - is subtropical. Pot is a tropical plant.

California is far too arid in almost every location for pot to ever grow wild. People intent upon growing it in California had better water early and often or it will most certainly die.

Bears like to chew up irrigation lines - and if they do it and then a couple very hot days happen before the farmer returns to his “wild” pot patch - dead dead dead. Sad hippie wants to go bear hunting! ;)

And I can’t help it if you can’t be bothered to come up with facts and I can.

Here’s some more proof you’re wrong:
http://www.420leafs.com/preparing-marijuanaleaves-smoke.php

6 week curing process if you want to do it right.

See the simple facts are there. Yes any idiot can grow ditchweed and harvest it. But you can also make Marlboro level pot, with good sees and a lot of work.

Now be a man and admit you’re wrong. Or at least be man enough to walk away. The continued lies from you are just pathetic at this point. I know you’re wrong, I’ve shown you’re wrong, you know you’re wrong, you can’t be bothered to attempt to show otherwise, everybody reading knows you’re wrong. Stop pretending. Stop lying. Just stop, really, you should be embarrassed by now.

"We're getting none of those from our decades-old War On Drugs."

True, but according to the CDC currently 51% of people use alcohol on a regular basis. Only 19% smoke, Only 8.7% use illicit drugs of any kind and only 6.6% smoke pot.

Since pot use is still limited to a small portion of society, you wouldn't see a big improvement.

What we get with the drug war is avoidance of bipolar, schizophrenic, and other psych disorders which do impose a cost on society from disability claims and unpaid medical fees, to dudes driving their tractors over rows of cop cars.

In any event, you're going to have a drug war even if you legalize pot. Because there is always something more dangerous and more addictive out there, that you don't want on the streets. Legalize pot and you're still fighting a war against cocaine, meth, ecstacy, bath salts and mushrooms.

You just keep ignoring what I have posted to you, you google how to dry pot leaves like it is a big deal, and I don’t know how you think that is a complicated process.

You have clearly never done this stuff, and you read about it and it seems complicated to you, I can tell you that it is not.

You haven’t posted anything except your own unverifiable claims. I’ve posted links to verifiable facts. See the difference.

I didn’t say it was complicated, that’s you lying again. I said it was a lot of work. 6 weeks drying and curing with tending necessary every single day is a lot of work. And that’s the end of the process that has to start with good seeds.

And you’ve clearly never done it either. The facts are in. You’re a liar. And you’ve been proven it.

By the way, that 2 to 6 week drying process that you think is a big deal, is not when you are getting garbage bags of the stuff, and remember, pot can store for a very long time, it isn’t like you do that every time that you need an ounce of it.

It is easy enough that even a pot head can grow quality marijuana.

Modern science has given us auto flowering seeds that take much of the work out of growing pot. No more worrying about photo periods and such.

$1000 an ounce? Nobody smokes that on a regular basis.

Good quality stuff can be had for 100-140 per quarter ounce all over the country.

If you’re getting garbage bags of stuff you’re growing ditchweed. Pre-drying and curing pot doesn’t store for a long time, it’ll mold, or dry brittle and ruin the smoke. And if you’d actually done it you’d know that. You’re a liar, I’ve shown it. You should have quit while you were merely full of crap. Bye now, life is too short for liars.

There is lot’s of water in California, through sprinklers and sprinkler run off and so on, yes, those plants were wild, for crying out loud I told you that I have had to destroy wild plants at my own home when they got large enough to start drawing attention, and no they were not my plants, or from my seeds.

Those are still high quality seeds. Not the “it grows like a weed” that the liar is talking about. He’s saying if it’s legal everybody will grow it, and what everybody grows will be good not ditch.

You know, I am going to apologize for getting after you a while ago. I really had you as a WOD warrior like the poster of this thread. I have been reading this and you are really pretty reasonable over all.

I despise the damage the WOD has done to liberty. And those that cheer it on.

Anyhow, I was mistaken, it seems, about your position.

I can tell that you have never been in a warehouse where trucks were being loaded with the stuff, or in other such situations.

If you look into it, or seek practical experience, you will find that pot has a great shelf life when stored properly.

Warehouse? You were talking about everybody being able to grow their own high quality “marlboro” level stuff on their own like it’s tomatoes, now you’re talking about warehouse level operations. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA Every post you make is more pathetically transparent lying BS. You’re a comedy routine now.
