Rove told Hannity ( confirmed elsewhere) that Obama has given up on NC. He also said the Romney team told him they were tied and trending up in OH, that they were up in FL.

Just heard that Mr. Obama is running ads in Minnesota & Washington. He has pulled out of North Carolina and Indiana.
He is in big trouble.
