Yeah, they do. Almost every single one of them that I know, and I know a LOT of families here in Chicago. I think you may have some weird idea about folks on welfare lying around not working and getting a check from the state. It's just not so, especially in Illinois.

I didn’t say anything about welfare.......those parents are home. The article was highlighting those who couldn’t manage daycare. I don’t know, I think it’s different now for parents. Big house, two cars, multiple cell phones, ipads, ipods, acrylic nails, can’t afford daycare.
