the stimulus only stimulated the buyers and sellers of debt and NO stimulus money went to the production sector of the economy
our government is insane, greedy to feed its fat self, and completly criminal.
the actual reason that the government picked Chinese Contractors is that it will increase government profit to fund their public employee pensions instead of the profit going to a US or EU jointly owned contractors investors
