" Guess John Harwood was feeling lucky today. CNBC's chief Washington correspondent went on the Today show and boldly proclaimed that not only did Clint Eastwood not accomplish his mission with his RNC speech, but that the speech is almost universally viewed by political professionals as "a big blunder, a big set-back for Mitt Romney." ......

What else can we expect them to say ? ... the truth hurts.

Indeed, what else can we expect them to say? When you are over the target the flack is heaviest. If you throw a rock into the Pig pen and you hear a squeal you know you have hit a Pig.

The fact they cannot ignore it is testimony to how effective the speech was. Eastwood used humor to make his point rather than using the Liberal way of downright nastiness and name calling.

Using ridicule against Libs who take themselves so very seriously is by far the most effective way to get to them and elicit their usual wild eyed off the wall reaction.

Great job by Eastwood as attested to by the fact we are still talking about it 10 days after the speech was made.
