And therein lies the problem. In the mind of FR’s resident Akintards, it’s not his fault. It’s EVERYONE ELSE’S fault!

You mean for making a comment for which he took full responsibility and apologized for two weeks with hundreds of thousands of campaign dollars that was supposedly to be unforgivable but Missourians forgave him rather quickly and which was supposed to cost him the election but polls now show to him to be ahead of his opponent???

Is that what you are referring to???

Well your accusation is untrue and that is your fault -- so own up to it.

The accusation is true. I have no intention of backing down from it nor apologizing for it.

Allow me to lump all Akintards into one broad category. Collectively, slime like you have argued the following...

a. Akin was correct in what he said. He has nothing to apologize for.

b. Akin apologized. Let’s move on.

c. Akin did nothing wrong/said nothing wrong. Any problems are solely the fault of the “GOP establishment”.

So, what will be the next official line from you guys? Or will you keep spitting out the same excuses - like the ones I’ve mentioned above?

I don’t believe he’ll win in November. He’s still low on cash. And no, not all of the polls show him winning.

As I mentioned in a post about two weeks ago (directed to donozark), Todd Akin is toejam. So are his supporters. They’re the kind of thing I’d find on the bottom of a boot while walking across a hog production facility.

If Akin does lose in November, it certainly wouldn’t be attributed to the candidate or his intelligence-challenged supporters - like you, JediJones, Mike Huckabee, etc. Instead, it’ll be blamed on “RINO’s” like me or the “GOP establishment”.

Having said all that, if I were a Missourian, I’d vote for Akin - solely because McCaskill is a very bad alternative. But if he should drop out, I wouldn’t be in the least bit sorry. In fact, I’d be happy.
