Obama has been burning far more money than Romney on commercials with little to show for it so far and Romney doesn't think that will change. He is planning to pour his war chest into the largest "ground game", "get out the vote" program in history.

that is similar to what I see happening in VA. No TV spots in a while but lots of calls and there has been a presence at just about every public event we saw.

This is the heart and soul of the election process. Not glamorous, but the ground game is where an election is won or lost.
