SANDY, Utah (AP) — Salt Lake County's top prosecutor says a 35-year-old man who shot and killed an intruder at a Sandy apartment was justified in using deadly force.
Priest Jemelle Mitchell is being cleared in shooting of 41-year-old Brendon Saunders at the Windmill Cove Apartments on June 30.
