I think, if you study the link carefully, you'll see that every claim and objection has been answered.

This makes no sense if it was a man whom she later married after the birth of Alois,
but it makes every sense if in the strict social rules of that time it was a person who would not be named, such as the son and heir of her employer in Graz at the time of the boy's conception."

Obviously, there is no "proof", but it's worth noting how much effort Hitler himself took to make certain of that.
