He's right. Without nuclear weapons, how else can North Korea blackmail the entire world, rather than just South Korea, to fund their military while the civilian population starves?

I tried looking it up on Google and failed. Can you provide some backup in the form of a link. That's good stuff if he said it.... especially considering that the only way it helps the economy is if they are selling something.
