"Hold Down The Fort"
How about "bare face lie"
Nope that's not on the list because that would hit his boss obama.
"Run amok" , now that would fit just perfect in the obama admin.
"Pass the buck" now there is another good one for the el presidente.
I have one last offensive phrase for the obama admin "Turn a blind eye"
Because he turns away from all the destruction his class/race warfare is causing.

Now there’s a waste of taxpayer money... I wonder how much we’ll save when Romney fires this joker.

You know when someone has “diversity” in their title, they are getting paid money for doing nothing useful.

“Chief Diversity Officer”
I’ll bet he is a real popular guy at work and on the cocktail circuit
Oh wait, can we say “cock”? Or “tail”? Won’t that offend the wymyn?
Isn’t “chief” an ethnically sensitive term to the red man?
And “officer” ......? Sounds entirely too military and we should remember how much Hillary and her birkenstock staffers loathe the mlitary

I believe the “rule of thumb” was actually a measurement used by medieval craftsmen. The use of rule of thumb as illustrated here has the stench of urban legend akin to the fallacy that was rife for some years that assaults on women increased during halftime on Super Bowl Sunday. Of course if I was the Chief Diversity officer of Foggy Bottom I’d have to come up with some way to justify my phony-baloney job!
To: onlylewis
okay Mr Diversity moron, are these sayings 'offensive'?
- Tilting at windmills
- Keep your powder dry
- Don't go off half-cocked
- Lock, stock, and barrel
- The whole nine yards
and.... howz 'bout this one, just for you!: - You Can't Fix STUPID!

The left is trying to steal our language again.
Offended by a common phrase that could sometime way back have a possible less-than-pristine origin?
Is this offensive: TOUGH!

What a bunch of morons. The idea that “rule of thumb” is sexist was debunked years ago. Its from a training manual for swordsmen from the 1600s about how to estimate and has nothing to do with how you can beat your wife.
While we're on the subject. “State” Department is racist. State — as in States Rights — as in Confederacy — as in Slavery!!!!!!

I find the phrase/title "chief diversity officer" offensive in and of itself.
It implies that people like me, average white males, are insensitive.
It implies a hierarchical organization that will through official enforcement actions penalize me for a real or even just perceived lack of diversity.
I cannot help being the race I am. I cannot (modern medical techniques aside) help being my gender.
The very notion of a "chief diversity officer" is therefore through its implied stereotyping deeply offensive and hurtful to average white guys.
Not satire.

Robinson cited the cautionary tale of Nike rolling out a "Black and Tan" sneaker...I wonder if Duke Ellington realized how offensive he was being when he wrote "Black and Tan Fantasy"? I wonder if this Bureaucratic Blockhead ever heard of Duke Ellington?
