I don’t like it, but seeing the ravages the generations of “joint custody” have brought with the blended partner-but-not-parent being disrespected and placed in noncustodial cuckholdry: This might actually be an improvement.

If they apply the law in a rational manner as you have mentioned, then you may be right. But these are the fruit-loops of California. It’s all about them their sexual organs and teenage fantasies, not about the children.
No, it’s always about the “adults” stuck in perpetual adolescence.

The Indiana General Assembly’s bill #246 from 1897 proposed to, among other things, implicitly define pi as equal to 3.2. If passed, that would not have changed the truth. It would have created confusion and contradictions, but common sense somehow prevailed. Now in an equally bizarre move, California wants to define by law three (or more?) people (entities?) to be one child’s parents. Again, if passed, this law will not change reality, just create confusion and absurd contradictions. I hope this bill disappears before it harms the children, or that we can at least repeal it before too many children are harmed by the resulting confusion. It’s California though, so I don’t have much faith.

Time to remind the californicating State Congress that when human law violates the laws dictated by God ,Himself—human laws are invalid. Until /unless these queer politicians can prove that in the laws of Nature-and Natures God a child has more than a biological male and female parent then I can rethink my opine. Until then such a goofitis law is INVALID!
