That’s the problem. Unless Rutherford can figure out a way to sue the individuals who acted ‘under color and authority’ of the govt ... it’s the govt, i.e., taxpayers, who will pay for these rogue fed employees. I sure hope Raub collects big time.
taxpayers always get the final bill. this is why LEOs push the envelope as far a possible and beyond.(it ain’t they’re dime when they’re wrong.)
