Whether or not it’s a hate crime is largely irrelevant. When a Muslim looking to kill Jews strolled into a Jewish community center in Seattle shooting six, killing one pregnant woman, it wasn’t a hate crime either. The perps should be prosecuted, the bystanders should be ashamed.
