That would be cool. What Jindal is actually doing, though, is asking for more and more Federal assistance.

P.S. You obviously have never been any where near a hurricane or you would realize that no state has the resources to cope with hurricane damage.

Jindal is amarter and more familiar with what's headed his way than you will ever be.
