Gov.George Romney, Mitt Romney’s father, was born in Mexico of U.S.citizen parents who repatriated to the U.S. when George was 7-years old.

George, who attempted a run for the Republican presidential candidacy in 1964, pulled out of the running when questions over his natural born Citizenship eligibility came to the fore.

Gov. Mitt Romney, Speaker Newt Gingrich and Rep.Ron Paul all provided proof of Article II eligibility for the office of President. All three provided proof of NBC status.

Anyone who believes Romney cares nothing about natural born Citizen eligibility doesn’t know the Romney family history.

You have done your homework, I accept that as a fact, and this is something we can both agree on.

I bash Romney because he is an elitist who came from an elitist family with a political history. Romney, Rockefeller, Kennedy, or Bush, all those families are more alike than different.

They may or may not have worked hard to earn their wealth and status but all those families felt they were entitled to office and were condescending and looked down on members of the unwashed masses such as myself.

The key thing in your post was when questions arose over his eligibility. Was George Romney ignorant of Our Constitution or was he being dishonest and trying to pull a fast one?

My guess is that Our Constitution be damned, that he was quite dishonestly trying to pull a fast one.

He like all elitists felt entitled to office and they would do whatever it took by hook or crook.

The Kennedys felt entitled and that is why Joe Kennedy went out and bought the West Virginia primary in 1960.

The Bushes felt entitled that is why when the former head spook in the Ford-Rockefeller administration made a promise to the unwashed masses about no new taxes, he cared little when he broke his word. He felt entitled to office and if he had to make promises that he most likely never intended to keep, so be it

During the primary, Mittens invoked a very curious phrase, something called voluntary deportation. That phrase was just as stupid as "legitimate rape" but illegal immigration is not a hot button issue to either party elite and the elites have made a tacit agreement not to bash each other on illegal immigration for political gain.

What did Romney mean by illegal deportation? Who knows, his handlers wisely told him to shut up about it and avoid it. Illegal immigration is not an issue either party elite wants to debate.

Since Romney has not uttered the phrase again, I will speculate on how such a curious phrase came about.

Romney used the phrase because voluntarily deportation because it accurately described what his family did when they needed to avoid the heat over polygamy in Utah.

I would assert that this revealed his elitism. He thinks that illegal immigrants can just up and leave and comfortably go live in Mexico if they so choose.

That is what his family did because they had the material means to leave the country comfortably and go live comfortably in Mexico and come back and live comfortably when all the dirty details of the polygamous acts had been ironed out.

I know something about the Romeny family history and I will not speculate on how much Romney cares about natural born citizenry.

I simply he know he was an elitist born and bred and he like his Daddy feels entitled to hold this nation's highest office and even though Mittens is qualified, he will do or say whatever it takes to rule over us the unwashed masses.
