Some trannys use a lot of cosmetic surgery/drugs, and they do look somewhat feminine.
But this one, and many I’ve seen, just look like men with pretty/weird faces. Their arms have that rangy look, and if they have boobs attached, well, they look like boobs attached. Their fat distribution is usually all wrong.
