I remember a bit about this case. Part of it was the claim that he was illegally selling "assault weapons" when he was clearly not.

The article is worth reading as an example of how a corrupt government tries to extort from honest citizens. Fortunately, the courts and the jury box worked in this case.

It makes you wonder how many citizens do not have the courage or resources to fight back, and end up being steamrollered by the system.

Not Good Enough, Every Last person involved belongs in Prison for Felony Kidnapping at the very least, All of their Assets should be seized to pay for the Damages, and any shortfall should be made up from the Union Membership and the Union itself, NOT THE TAXPAYERS.
