Anyone think McCaskill is paying this guy to stay in the race? It sure would be cheaper than running campaign ads against him.
If it so important to the Republican Party and the Romney campaign to get Akin out of the race have Mitt buy him off. Apparently, he's already done it to get some conservatives to endorse him in the primaries.
I guess I'm too blunt in my language. What's the euphemism that we use for "buy someone off"? Oh, yeah. "Agree to pay off his campaign debts" sounds so much better.
