Do you know with 100% certainty that McKatKiller will beat Akin? All of the bickering about Akin dropping out is playing into the hands of the Dems. Akin is a true conservative, of the likes the GOPe hates because they are now the Dims. Soon enough you will see NO differnce in party but only the name.

Unless McCaskill is caught embezzling a few million dollars from Medicare, yes I will put my prediction down as a sure loss.

He has no money! He will receive no money. It takes millions to run a senate campaign.

He just fell 20 pts in 5 days and McCaskill hasn’t even started campaigning yet.

As some one else said, “If he has to come out with a campaign ad saying he’s against rape, then its all over”

That is the reality of the situation.

Yes indeed, and the Tea Party is just fiscally conservative democrats. They are becoming as bad as the GOP establishment. Social conservatives have NEVER really been welcome in the GOP.....we SOCONs are to the GOP what Blacks are to the DEMS. We are to be seen not heard....just be sure to vote the way the GOPe tells you!

I thought the Tea Party had evolved into SOCONs, but I see now this is NOT the case. Many SOCONs are part of the Tea Party, but the Tea Party is socially conservative....they just want lower taxes...which is OK, but NOT enough in itself to move America in a healthy direction.

If enough voters run to the dems over one stupid remark, they were never that committed to begin with. Thus, there was no guarantee that he would win.

I hate it when “republicans” tell people how to vote then turn on the people’s candidate. Then they blame them for their man losing. How ‘bout just once you guys support our guy, Mr. Rove. Instead of acting like a little child and taking your ball and going home. “Screw you guys! I’m goin’ home!”: Eric Rove.
