Are you saying that Akin is hanging on because he’s trying to negotiate his most conservative possible replacement?
I'm saying the Missouri Republican Central Committee is a bunch of moderate RINOs. The "new" committee that was just elected in the primary (and includes some Tea Party people) will not take over until January. The "old" committee is not happy about that and is not above a parting shot.
