The obvious answer is to lessen the bar, allow grade requirements to drop by twenty percent, and accept the fact that Doctor Johnny might not be as proficient as Doctor Bob that you used have twenty years ago. Eventually, you will get stuck with a I-Doctor hardware item, via Apple, and just log on with something stuck in three different locations of your body to probe your situation and diagnose you with I-Doctor software. Then you pay a $100 a month subscription service to treat any and all issues.
