Kalifornia is chalk full of airheaded liberal idiots, they had the opportunity to vote to delay this until after the economy recovered but because the proposition was funded by the oil companies the knee jerk reaction of all these idiots was to vote it down. I fully expect this state to flush itself into the pacific ocean sooner or later. Did I forget to say that this state is full of idiots?
