I suspect that the military will show a fair amount of patience, and then rig up a TV with a audio capability for Major Jihad to talk from a room down the hallway. If he doesn’t want to bathe or clean himself....fine, just sit there in the wheelchair for eight hours a day and enjoy the world in your final days.
